All Our Items Are Delivered Free to the Mainland UK

Your items will be shipped by royal mail and proof of posting is always obtained for our records.

Your purchase is covered by basic insurance unless you specifically request recorded or registered postal services.

We aim to delivery your purchase within 5 days of date of your order. If in the unlikely event there will be any delay in your order we will always inform you of this and you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

Refunds can only be given for personalised items if the item is faulty. We may charge a 10% re-stock and processing fee for other items.
